What happens if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise:
If your parts are damaged or shorted during shipping, please contact The Wet Bar within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise.
To return products to The Wet Bar:

• Contact The Wet Bar and state the reason for return and or exchange.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be generated
• Provide The Wet Bar original invoice and or order number of your purchase.

• For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
• Insure the package for “Full Value” of original purchase.
• Ship the package “freight pre-paid” No C.O.D. will be accepted.
• Mark the RMA# prominently on the outside of the shipping container and include it on all documentation and correspondence.
• Credit will be authorized on the purchased product only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
